The Programme, which is tailored to your needs, is designed to help you if you’ve been out of work and claiming unemployment benefits. The Programme will help you improve your employment outcomes by enabling you to develop the skills you need to get into work. It will also support you if you have a health condition or disability. West London Works (IPS) - Tailored support for residents with a physical and/or mental health condition to find work or stay in their current role. Refugee Employability Programme - Tailored support for refugees in West London. Support to integrate into the community, find work and build a new life.
