Our Impact

Working for your community

As a community-focused charity, our work focuses on building partnerships with local people and organisations to run a wide range of programmes, activities and courses - providing local people with the positive experiences and opportunities that they deserve.

Health and Wellbeing Programme

In 2017, we received funding from Notting Hill Genesis to carry out a Health and Wellbeing programme that would look to develop provisions for a more comprehensive network of activities and opportunities to support the health and wellbeing of the local community.

You can view our 2017/19 report here: Impact Evaluation Report

Report highlights

“26.67% (12 people) before engagement felt lonely and isolated. After engagement none of the 45 survey participants said they felt this way.”

“’These local groups have been a life line to me while my husband was ill and especially since he died two years ago. Everyone is friendly and supportive and I try to go to something every day.’ (Female over 65).”

“Investments in our Life Chances work at CCT are directed towards creating social value: addressing needs or improving conditions of the communities we represent. The basic level calculation of the social return on investment (SROI) for these 45 participants engaged in CCT’s Health and Wellbeing Programme is valued at £1,071,338.”
