Community choir

Learn to sing with a professional vocalist and songwriter. Fun, motivating, soulful-adult-singing workshop. Includes relaxation and breathing exercises.

 

Uncover your hidden voice, make friends and have fun… and perform to an audience!

Tuesday drop-in with a game of bingo

Come along to our community group where a range of talks/activities are arranged from 2pm-3pm, followed by a friendly game of bingo 3pm-4pm.

Keeping fit is an incredible way to improve your mental health, lose weight, gain strength, increase fitness and meet great new people. This class is a great way to meet new people, and is open to all adults.

1st Tuesday of every month 12pm-1pm.

Join us for a gentle walk around Colindale. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes.

Every Wednesday and Friday 10am-11am.
